Free music downloads are used to sell everything from clothing to toothpaste. Will Santa Barbara real estate be next? Everybody, from preteens to the young at heart, are attracted to digital incentives. The want for free music shows no signs of slowing down.

The fact that free music downloads are easy to earn makes them so popular. Consumers simply cash in all the points they rack up. Businesses have a better chance of repeat customers once they begin offering these rewards. Perhaps one day, Santa Barbara real estate will include a free song or two with any transaction.
