Nearly 25-40 percent of condominium conversions have gone back to rentals, nationwide. This might have an affect on Santa Barbara real estate . Individuals are unable to sell these converted condominiums and are encouraging tenants to come back. At this moment, rental prices have grown by 12-15 percent, but that price is projected to level out as additional conversions take place. Keep an eye out for Santa Barbara conversions.

It is often an inconsistent fight over cell phone towers nearby Santa Barbara homes . Most want even better cell phone coverage and don't want their calls dropped. On the other hand, most communities don't want cell towers in their neighborhoods. Towers are unsightly and might even diminish property worth. For a cell tower to function correctly, it have to be visible. This means an unattractive, massive piece of steel must be installed above the tree line. This is fine for a downtown setting, but doesn't fit well into a community design.

To combat this, companies started putting towers in that resemble trees. Although, nobody is tricked by a steel tree. When debating towers with communities, cell phone companies must be sensitive and open. It is possible to win a fight against cell phone companies, Santa Barbara residents should keep this in mind. By approaching the situation with a team mind set, both sides ought to get what they want.
