Free music downloads are used to market everything from gym memberships to cleaning products. Will Santa Barbara real estate be next? Everybody, from preteens to baby boomers, are attracted to digital rewards. There is no indication of free music slowing down, as the demand is still steady.

The reason why free music downloads are so common is that they are extremely easy to earn. After racking up the points, consumers simply cash them in. Once an organization starts presenting these incentives, they have a greater chance of repeat clients. Perhaps one day, a free song or two will be added with every Santa Barbara real estate transaction.
